Job Vacancy:
The NAU Hotels & Resorts group is looking for a General Maintenance Technician for its hotel units in São Rafael, Albufeira.
Job Description:
- Maintain the appropriate operating conditions for the various equipment
- Perform the defined corrective and preventive maintenance activities
- Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, AVAC and other section-specific work
- Carry out registers of internal procedures, through checklist
Requirements:
- Preferably with technical and professional training in maintenance
- Proven experience in the area for which you are applying
- Organisational and planning skills
- Ease of communication
- Microsoft basics in the user's perspective
- Responsible, suitable and assiduous
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance
- Flexible, proactive, with initiative and team spirit
- Availability and flexibility for rotating schedules and shifts
