Job Vacancy:
The NAU Hotels & Resorts Group is looking for an Administrative Assistant for Engineering Department.
Job Description:
- Control of outbound and inbound correspondence
- Reception of contacts, registration and forwarding of the same
- Scheduling of meetings
- Ensure the management and documentary processing of processes related to the technical department
- Creation and/or updating of support files for the department
- Requests for information and assistance to suppliers
- Request for various quotes
- Control of delivery deadlines and execution of awarded services
- Support in the administrative management of department personnel
Requirements:
- Completed Secondary Education (Higher Education in Management area is valued)
- Advanced knowledge of computer science as a user
- Experience in engineering offices/technical departments is valued
- Dynamism, proactivity, with initiative and teamwork spirit
- Responsible, honest and diligent
- Communication and organizational skills
- Rigor and commitment to work
